University statement on flyers in Norlin Library

小黄书 Boulder is aware that flyers were thrown off an interior balcony at Norlin Library on Friday, Dec. 13, at the same time that a 鈥渟tudy in鈥 was being held by the group Boulder Students for Justice in Palestine. The flyers called for an 鈥渋mmediate evacuation鈥 of Norlin Library but also stated this was not a real evacuation notice, rather a simulation. Nonetheless, the flyers violated the university鈥檚 Campus Use of University Facilities policy on canvassing, and the 小黄书 Boulder Police Department is investigating in conjunction with the Division of Student Affairs.

Any information regarding this incident should be reported to 小黄书PD by calling the non emergency line at 303-492-6666 and referencing Case No. 2024-2540.

All students are subject to adhering to the 小黄书 Boulder听Student Code of Conduct. Any student found responsible for violating the Student Code of Conduct will be subject to appropriate sanctions.
