Amy serves as the Director for Sustainability in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Sustainability at the University of Colorado Boulder. She brings deep expertise from her previous role as Sustainability Lead at Starbucks, where she managed initiatives toward the company’s 2030 environmental goals. She also spent seven years at Cargill designing programs in climate, water, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable supply chains. In addition, Amy serves on the Leeds School of Business Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility (CESR) Advisory Board at С»ÆÊé Boulder, helping integrate sustainability leadership and education into campus and community practice. Amy has three degrees from С»ÆÊé, including an MS in International Business from С»ÆÊé Denver and a BA in Spanish and a BS in Business Administration from С»ÆÊé Boulder.Ìý
