Student Production Services Manager
Position Type: Student Assistant II
Compensation: $17.60/hour for approximately 15 Hours/week
Undergraduates only. Work Study preferred but not required.
The StudentProduction Services Manager oversees the planning and execution of production service details for various events. They will work in collaboration with the Production Director to supply high quality production services to student groups, vendors, and other clients to fit the needs of a wide variety of events. The Production Services Manager will meet with clients to determine production service needs and assist in event planning, coordinate service agreements with clients, serve as a production lead during events, maintain accurate project tracking methods such as BuffConnect workflows, and collaborate with fellow Production leadership roles to ensure smooth operation of the Production department.ÌýÌý

Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the consultant with RSOs/RSGOs, campus departments, or other clients seeking to utilize Program Council’s event production services to determine staffing and equipment needs, assist in logistical and event planning, and develop invoices. 
- Serve as a Production Lead for events where Program Council production services are contracted, including but not limited to operating equipment, troubleshooting, being present for events, and scheduling staff. 
- Work in frequent collaboration with the Production Director and Production Equipment Manager to ensure smooth operation of the department. 
- Work in collaboration with the Program Council Crew Manager to ensure proper staffing of both Program Council events and external events where services have been requested
- Maintain and update project management tools such as BuffConnect workflows, tracking progress and passing along approvals to the appropriate parties. 
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing Director to promote and market production services to RSOs/RSGOs and other student groups, campus departments, and other potential clients.

Student Production Equipment Manager
Position Type: Student Assistant II
Compensation: $17.60/hour for approximately 15 Hours/week
Undergraduates only. Work Study preferred but not required.
The StudentProduction Equipment Manager assists and oversees the planning and execution of production for various live events and concerts. They will work closely with the Production Director and Crew Manager as they work with student groups, vendors, and professional performers and their teams to supply high-quality production to fit the needs of various events. This includes but is not limited to planning and building stages, planning and building lighting rigs and audio systems, programming lights, mixing/mastering audio, training Crew, directing all load in and load out of events, etc.
The StudentProduction Equipment Student Manager will take on management of events at locations including the University Memorial Center, Old Main, on-campus, and off-campus events. These areas are subject to change over time, and each venue has different regulations and responsibilities for staff to keep in mind while providing production.

TheÌýStudentTraining and Development Manager oversees the management of professional development resources, activities, and other affiliated opportunities for Program Council staff members. They will work closely with the Student Operations Director as they schedule recurring all-staff meetings, including those with guest speakers.Ìý

Position Duties & Responsibilities
- ÌýCreate and lead professional development activities within recurring all-staff meetings and retreats.
- Manage existing professional development resources for Program Council staff (physical and digital), including those available via С»ÆÊé Boulder/С»ÆÊé System Human Resources.
- Catalogue contact information and areas of expertise for previous Program Council student staff as part of a Program Council alumni database.
- Coordinate activities, resources, and other opportunities in leadership development for Program Council staff with campus partners such as С»ÆÊé GOLD or independently, such as leadership style inventories (e.g. CliftonStrengths, Myers Briggs, Real Colors, etc.)
- Support the Program Council Student Operations Director in organizing and facilitating all Program Council hiring processes including maintaining position descriptions, posting positions, receiving applications, scheduling interviews, creating onboarding and transition plans

Student Program Council Crew Manager

The StudentProgram Council Crew Manager oversees Program Council’s Crew, Student Front Desk Assistants, and PC Street Team. Likewise, the Program Council Crew Student Manager is also in charge of creating staffing assignments plans to ensure adequate staffing coverage is being provided primarily to the Program Council Production Department within their Production Services requests and other affiliated Program Council events across the Live Entertainment Department, Late Night Events Department, and Traditions and Community Events Department. They will work closely with the Operations Student Director as they also create schedules for all in-person working hours for Program Council staff as they work out of the Program Council’s physical office space (UMC 401) as a part of their assigned, recurring office hours.

Manage the assignments for supplemental staffing support for Program Council Production Services requests in collaboration with the Program Council Production Department.Ìý
Manage the assignments for supplemental staffing support for Program Council’s recurring event series as needed in collaboration with the Program Council Live Entertainment, Late Night, and Traditions and Community departments.
Assign and keep track of schedules for Student Front Desk Assistants as part of a staffing coverage plan for Program Council’s front desk in their physical office space with guided support from the Program Council Operations Student Director.

Student Brand Manager
Position Type: Student Assistant II

The Student Brand Manager is responsible for managing a team of 3-4 designers to develop and implement Program Council brand standards. The Student Brand Manager will directly oversee Program Council’s digital and print presence, including management of the website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and merchandise. This position is a key part of the PC marketing department and will require someone who can collaborate with colleagues, manage multiple projects at once, and assist with multimedia and graphic design as needed.
This position will work irregular hours at times, including evenings, late nights, and weekends.

The Student Experiential Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining duties related to oversight of promotional events like PC’s Thrifty Thursday series and other pop-up brand activations by external vendors. In addition to general oversight of managing expenses, revenues, and other business documents for this experiential marketing events, this position will also be responsible for updating and maintaining Program Council contacts records for existing and prospective external vendors. This position will meet regularly with UMC and CSI finance professionals to ensure all financials are properly managed.
This position will work irregular hours at times, including evenings, late nights, and weekends.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage revenue streams from the booking and management of the PC Thrift Thursday event series and other promotional events like pop-up brand activations by external vendors
- Maintain and oversee the facilitation of business documents through Program Council entities, including but not limited to invoices, Scopes of Work, vendor agreements, etc. for experiential marketing events
- Support oversight of accounts payable and receivable for Program Council experiential marketing event accounts, including following up on all invoices/revenue streams and completing all paperwork to ensure payment of vendors (e.g. Scope of Work Form, etc.)
- Catalogue existing contact information and promotional event records of current participating external vendors (thrift vendors and other off-campus business interests)Ìý
- Pursue and catalogue contact information for leads on additional prospective external vendor partnerships within the Boulder and Metro-Denver communities (including any potential relationships with independent/small businesses that are owned and operated by С»ÆÊé students and alumni)Ìý
- Meet regularly with UMC and CSI finance professionals to ensure Program Council’s budget and financials are being appropriately maintained
- Assist the Program Council Student Marketing Director in booking sponsors and other external vendors for the annual Welcome Fest concert

The Program Council Student Concert Series Manager oversees the development and implementation of a series of small local concerts and shows to occur either in Club 156 or Old Main. The Concert Series Manager will be responsible for all aspects of event management including space reservations, booking talent, and stage management. They will work closely with the Production and Marketing teams to ensure all production and marketing needs are met for all events. The Student Concert Series Manager will also need to maintain positive working relationships with talent and managers to ensure a positive working relationship with performers. The Student Concert Series Manager will work closely with the CSI staff to plan and execute shows to occur at least 2 Thursdays a month.

The Program Council Student Film Series Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of a series of movies and film screenings. The Student Film Series Manager will be responsible for all aspects of event planning and implementation of the Film Series. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all marketing needs are met for all events. The Student Film Series Manager will work closely with the Late Night Events department to plan for films to occur bi-weekly on Friday nights.
