С»ÆÊé Boulder has dedicated lactation spaces for students, employees, and visitors who wish to breastfeed or express breastmilk on campus. The university recognizes the importance and benefits of breastfeeding for parents and their infants and supports new parents as part of its commitment to promoting a family-friendly work and study environment.

Rights Regarding Pregnancy
Professional and student employees may request employment accommodations related to disability and pregnancy through theÌýADA Coordinator.
С»ÆÊé Boulder is firmly committed to protecting the rights of expectant mothers and complying with Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act as amended by the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978, and the . С»ÆÊé Boulder's policy is to treat students, faculty, and staff affected by a pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions in the same manner as other individuals unable to work or participate in their education because of their physical condition.
Graduate students are covered by the Graduate School Parental Leave policy that addresses pregnancy leave and leave for childcare following birth or adoption.
