New Student Application Process - Apartment Style & Residence Hall

In addition to residence hall living, Apartment Style living is a housing option open to sophomore/second-year status or beyond residents, deferral and non-first-year transfer students. This living experience offers the independence of off-campus living with the convenience and support of being located within campus housing in Bear Creek, Code Talker and Weber Halls*. Students sign individual contracts for the academic year, which includes winter break. They also have the ability to sign a separate summer housing contract. Our Apartment Style options include multiple types of fully furnished apartments, full kitchens, free tutoring through the Academic Success and Achievement Program (ASAP) and community-building activities and events. Students also have the ability to purchase block meal plans each semester. This application is a waitlist and students are notified via their colorado.edu email when a vacancy has occurred.Ìý

*Weber Hall is only available to students accepted into the Transfer LLCÌý

Application Process

All applications are for a waitlist. As vacancies become available, housing offers are made from the waitlist. Students can preference both Apartment Style and Residence Hall living options. This waitlist is date/time dependent, and all communication is sent to the student’s colorado.edu email address. Offers are time sensitive, and deadlines are firm. If you decline an offer or do not respond to an offer by the deadline, you are removed from the waitlist.
