Seth Webb serves as Academic Director in the Center for Leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he provides strategic direction for interdisciplinary leadership education initiatives spanning academic, co-curricular, and experiential learning environments. He partners across schools, colleges, and external organizations to design and advance programs including the Leadership Studies Minor, Peace Corps Prep Certificate, and emerging sustainability leadership offerings, strengthening the Center’s role as a hub for leadership learning across campus.

With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, Seth brings a background in experiential education, teaching, field-based operations, organizational leadership, and cross-sector collaboration. Prior to С»ÆÊé Boulder, he served as Director of Colorado State University’s Mountain Campus, where he led a high-elevation field site supporting undergraduate education, research, and outreach.

Seth holds a PhD in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University, with a focus on conservation leadership. His work centers on preparing leaders to address complex challenges at the intersection of society, organizations, and the environment.
