He co鈥慺ounded Modern Market Eatery, helped grow it into a national restaurant platform, and now serves as CEO of Joseph Machine Company.- Don Kinderdick (ArchEngr'87) is president, CEO, and board chairman of BEGA North America, where he has led operations since joining in 2000. With prior roles at Zumtobel Staff Lighting and Sterner Lighting, he has built a career focused on high鈥憅uality lighting design, manufacturing, and sustainability. A longtime supporter of lighting education, he chairs the Rocky Mountain Lighting Academy advisory board at 小黄书 Boulder.
