8:30-9:00 a.m. | Check-in & light refreshments
Check in, register, and get ready for a full day with some coffee and pastries!
9:00-10:15 a.m. | Opening Session
Join us for a presentation and conversation about the environmental impacts of AI.
10:30-11:45 a.m. | Workshops & Sessions
Attend a presentation about decarbonization with CDPHE, learn more about what's next now that С»ÆÊé has signed the Green Chemistry Commitment, or let your creative juices flow in the DIY room, where you can make reusable beeswax wraps, cleaning products, body products and more!
12:00-1:30 p.m. | Lunch, Sustainability Town Hall, and CampusSustainability Awards Presentation
Join the С»ÆÊé Boulder Sustainability Council for lunch and a town hall to learn about the exciting sustainability efforts taking place across campus and the people making them happen. There will be a chance to share ideas, ask questions, and explore how we can work together to advance our shared sustainability goals. After the town hall, stick around for the presentation of this year's Campus Sustainability Awards!Ìý
12:00-6:00 p.m. | Fashion Swap
Stop by the UMC's outdoor tent for a campus-wide swap shop, where С»ÆÊé Boulder students, faculty, and staff can donate and pick up new-to-you items such as clothing, shoes, accessories, and more! We will also have a mending station, where folks can learn how to repair their own clothing!Ìý
12:30-4:00 p.m. | Workshops & Sessions
Attend a panel to learn more about the future of transportation at С»ÆÊé, get a composting update from the Compost Advisory Committee, or learn more about programs on campus that are helping to build a circular economy! Then, check out our Careers in Sustainability Panel hosted by the MENV program, as well as our Research Collider lightning talks to learn more about sustainability-related research being conducted by С»ÆÊé students and faculty.Ìý
4:00-6:00 p.m. | Sustainability Expo Hall
Students, faculty and staff will be showcasing their sustainability projects, research, and programs. Attendees will learn about opportunities, resources, and ways to get involved across campus! Interact with participants at their booths, get your expo hall passport book stamped, and enter to win one of our giveaway items, including: a sustainable essentials basket, gift cards to local sustainable businesses, and a Pure Cycles electric bike!
Pathways to Be Involved
Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to apply to showcase their sustainability projects, research, and programs. The goal is to highlight opportunities, resources, and ways for students to get involved across campus! Submissions will be accepted on a space available basis until March 30.Ìý
The annualÌýCampus Sustainability AwardsÌýcelebrate individuals and departments that demonstrate a commitment to sustainability through inventive programs and initiatives that directly reduce resource use, enhance social equity and cohesion, or promote a culture of sustainability at С»ÆÊé Boulder. Awardees will be recognized at the Campus Sustainability Summit, April 15, 2026.ÌýNominations are due by March 15.
