Maddie is a passionate advocate for experiential learning whose background spans international education, outdoor adventure leadership, and nonprofit development. She has spent several years leading immersive programs around the world, from facilitating outdoor education initiatives throughout Southeast Asia to leading sandboarding excursions in Peru, teaching English in Thailand, and guiding adventure programs for high school students on the Big Island of Hawai'i.

Throughout her career, Maddie has worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, supporting their growth in leadership, teamwork, communication, and self-reflection. She joined Leeds as the Program Manager for the Badami Office of Experiential Learning in March 2026 and looks forward to bringing her global perspective and student-centered approach to connecting students with transformative learning opportunities beyond the classroom.

Originally from North Carolina, Maddie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and dancing.
